Once you get your new shiny website built and handed over to you, how do you make sure that it stays secure, fast, and is easy to maintain? If you have even an average size website, you probably have at least a dozen plugins installed. What do you do when there is a confilict and something stops working?
If the company that built it for you doesn’t handle the maintenance or you are not happy with their maintenance service, contact me. I will be happy to look at your situation and give you my honest opinion. Different types of websites require different approaches.
For example if uptime and speed are not critical for you, you can go with the cheapest plans. However, if you are running a complex and busy website with a lot of content, I would recommend quite different options.
The websites I create for my clients can be hosted and maintained by me for a fee. Also, there are third-party hosting solutions that will take care of security and uptime for you as part of their service. If you decide to go with the latter, I have some recommendations for you also.
